had lashes and nails done - a good price for the lashes, nails were a bit more expensive than was advertised on the website but opted for shellac. venue a bit tricky to find and is just a small room but works fine enough. could have done with some water as treatments did take a while but will know for next time

My appointment was a little late as there was a problem with the bookings but this wasn't at all an issue. Danielle made me feel welcome and she was genuinely sorry for the delay. The service was quick and efficient, I'm very happy with my waxing and I will definitely come back again.

It is done by a lovely woman, who is easy going and puts you at ease. Arrived late, very understanding and positive attitude when I called to let her know. Payments not done by card, but cash or online banking. Very accommodating to me when I had to go out to get cash (two nearest cash machines weren't working, so had to get cash back from Sainsbury's). She values her customers and is patient. As for my first ever eyelash experience there was some tugging when combing out for lash separation, however when she handed me the mirror and I opened my eyes I saw the eyelashes of a princess on me. Absolutely wonderful result, made a huge difference to my eyes. I asked for a natural look, got the C curl in black (available in dark brown also). She even put a jewelled eyelash on me without me asking to see if I would like it. It is run by one woman so there can be waiting through no fault of her own, due to late customers. Experienced lady who is efficient and has fun with her work. Ambience is very cosy, with character as she is in a building with other shops, and soft Spanish/Portuguese music can be heard from the cafe vendor.
