I called the place to inform I will be late within 5 min and then the lady over the phone started screaming on me that she is not able to take me and that she called earlier and text to inform which wasn't true. She said it is not her fault. It was the website. However after 5 min she called back to confirm my appointment which was very weird. She explained she though I am a different customer which give me even worse impression. I end up going for the treatment. The lady who served me did not speak English at all and it was difficult for me to tell her my requirements. While I was there 2 girls came in with an appointment and they send both back without informing them.

There was a bit of discrepancy over what a Brazilian Wax actually is. Maybe this should be specified on the list of treatments as it is different to most other places.
The wax itself was fine, the lady was a little rough. She also thought I wanted a Hollywood even though I’d paid for a Brazilian so now I have less hair than I initially wanted!
