Wouldn’t recommend! Turned up and they had no record of my appointment because it was booked on the ‘other treatwell’, and i was asked to wait 10 minutes. I said this wasn’t really good enough so the manager attempted to file my nails then left them soaking for 10/15 mins while someone else’s nails were finished. The woman who took over was lovely but the manicure wasn’t really good enough. Really poor quality products used and it shows. I was also there well over an hour for what was mean to be a 45 minute treatment. The prices might be low but not worth it!
