This is not a spa or salon, it is a room in an office building.
The therapist was quite rude about me arriving slightly late (because reception sent me to the 16th floor to sign in, but she said I should have gone directly to the 18th) so wasn't a very relaxing treatment.
I was happy with my lashes though, but not sure I would revisit as the overall experience wasn't good.
