The service has been unsatisfactory. The lashes looked nothing like the picture on her instagram that I showed her. They came out sparse/thin and one eye clearly had more lashes than the other. I arrived 25mins late for my appointment, but we were able to run 15/20mins over- so lack of time is no excuse for the poor result.
I also requested no talking during treatment, but she insisted on speaking loudly- and actually spat on me a couple of times accidentally. Nightmare.
