Reading the description of the treatment I thought I would be getting an individual eyelash extensions. It clearly stated “application of 2 super fine lashes to a single natural lash” and what I got was not individual eyelashes. I can clearly see that most of them are clusters, with a couple of individual ones just for the look of as it seems, and there are so little of them, of course enough to make them look good enough right at that moment, but now only a week has past and one cluster has fallen out and I already have a big gap in between my lashes. Which means, I can’t brush the lashes together, because they are clusters, to cover up a “bald spot”. The name of the treatment says, which I definitely can say it did not deliver, was a “2D Natural Set”. It doesn’t look like a natural set but like a straight line. The eyelashes do not wary in length and are missing both from the inner and outer eye corners. I could see straight away that at least four lashes from both sides on both eyes are bare. I am disappointed and won’t come back here
