This is a mixed review as Maria is very nice and although we had some scheduling problems around my appointment, she was flexible about accommodating me. My initial appointment (booked for a Sunday) was cancelled about an hour before as Maria was stuck in traffic. Eventually she got home and suggested I have my appointment then – at 9pm when the original appointment was 4.30pm. I didn’t feel that after a long drive she would want to do a leg wax or that I would get a good treatment so we re-scheduled and Maria offered a free bikini wax for the inconvenience.
I had the appointment and the treatment itself was fine, although took longer than estimated. In a way I am reluctant to complain about this as I wanted a good treatment and from a quick inspection it appears that the hair removal side of things has been done well. However the house where the treatment took place is under refurbishment and the treatment room was cluttered with stuff, presumably because of the refurbishment so it wasn’t a relaxing or particularly professional environment for having a treatment. I am not a neat freak but I did find the rubbish pin piled high with used wax strips very off putting especially as my appointment was first thing in the morning meaning that the rubbish had obviously not been emptied in some time. While the environment did not affect my treatment, I didn't have or leave with a good impression which was unfortunate as with a little effort the whole experience could have been made more pleasant.

This is not my first waxing, but this one was one of the best. Job was done professionally without much pain. Very skilled and nice staff. Definitely going back again.

Really quick and well done . The staff is very chatty and it makes the Hollywood wax less painful. Would recommend this place :)
