I had my first ever " Whole body cryo " at LondonCryo last week and I had no idea what to expect. They explained to me everything I need to know about the benefits of cryo therapy and kept me entertained during my first session. Definitely coming back to have more !!

Had an appointment at the Whole body Cryo and it was amazing! The team accommodated my booking even if it was very last minute and thoroughly explained what the experience was going to be like. Infrared Sauna in Central London - what else to ask!! So glad I managed to have some time on my busy schedule for a 45 minutes session with Whole Body Cryo afterwards (they have showers as well!) And obviously other amazing treatments. Check them out you won’t be disappointed!
