The staff was friendly, and the treatment in itself (led/cryo facial therapy) was good, however I had to sit in a corridor on a bench and hold the mask for twenty minutes... I was hoping for a more relaxing experience rather than sitting on a hard bench with staff and customers passing by every 2 minutes.. The other facilities seemed good, but for the facial treatment a better sit and area would be nice.

Upon arrival I was made to feel very welcome, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the treatment I received. The atmosphere was relaxing and the lovely woman that did my treatment was wonderful. I would definitely come back and do further treatments and would highly recommend it!
