I arrived with no expectations and was blown away by the whole experience! Firstly, Jurga was absolutely amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and was incredibly detailed throughout the whole experience. I went into the chamber in so much pain as I suffer from Elhers Danlos Syndrome and I came out finally feeling so relief. It was a shock to the system but Jurga talking to me helped to calm me down and last 2 minutes. I can’t wait to go back.

Over all it was good and if you want to try it definitely do. The only thing for me was in the info about the service it said a consultation would take place at the end to see about further treatments and this didn't happen. It was just a how was it? Good? Okay great, have a nice day. It would have been great to have gotten some stats of some kind. They also provide the socks, gloves and shoes! Which isn't clear on the info, evenon their websiteil it isn't clear.

Loved the cryo ! Will definitely visiting again for a longer session as I only managed to get two minutes but I feel so much more energised

Was so pleased with my whole body cryotherapy treatment. I was a little nervous but the whole team made me feel SO comfortable, and talked me through everything so I knew what to expect. Everything was spotless, and felt like a spa, even though I was only there 10 minutes.
