Amazing facility, I’m obsessed with the sauna. Love that you can hook up your phone to the speakers so I can listen to my podcasts while I sweat it out! Only comment would be I wish there was some deodorant / moisturiser for clients to use afterwards.

I was so impressed with both the treatment and my therapist who was super knowledgeable and friendly and who was able to advise me how to go forward and what I needed. So many places advise you on treatments you don't need, but this place felt so honest and full of integrity which I loved. It was really relaxing, genuinely could have fallen asleep, and left feeling so much better. The skin on my stomach feels tighter already (2 days later) which has blown my mind. Finally something that works!
