ABSOLUTE FRAUD. I booked for a £55 mani pedi for 7:15pm. I was running late from a work meeting, so I called as soon as I could to ask if I should come now, albeit late, or come first thing next morning when it’s not busy. They said I can just come the next day. When I showed up this morning, the manager said I have to pay extra £32 to get my mani pedi. I was astounded, bc they didn’t mention this at all last night when they said I can reschedule “no problem”. Then I said no I don’t want this with you, and the manager said aggressively he won’t refund me. I just left to not waste anymore time. Disgusting. This is NOT how you operate a service business.

The main problem was that Fernando didn't seem to have experience cutting hair. That, coupled with the fact that he didn't communicate well and he mixed up a rough dry and a blow dry, made it into an appointment that I won't be repeating again.
