I was attending a wedding and wanted to do my hair up. I've explained in details the style and what I don't like. The hairdresser totally ignored me and just did her own thing even so I was asking her to change. I was feeling so unhappy and uncomfortable that as soon as I got home I washed my hair. Very disappointing experience.

Staff seemed really friendly. i was 10-15mins late but the hairdresser was fine.
I have long hair and booked a men's haircut wanting a cleaning up but maintaining the length. the hairdresser cut a little too much to make it a short cut.
she did a really good job nonetheless but also charged me more money than a men's cut. She said it should cost £20 but agreed on £15. I was told this after the cut.
