God Awful. Kati herself was fine but the place was SO dirty and she pierced my nose WITH AN EARING - which needless to say is so dangerous. Kati clearly has no care for safety or cleanliness.

Never again. I booked a Brazilian wax online days before but she didn't know I was coming. She rushed me into an unbearably hot room, with back door and window opened and houses at the back. I had to close the curtain myself. She came back after seconds to see if I was already undressed which I obviously wasn't. Then she said it wasn't a full wax otherwise it would cost more. I left with a totally waxed front and hairy middle and back, which is the opposite of a Brazilian. Don't waste your time.
