Katie is a good as a person not as a professional . Unfortunately the microblading she has done for me destroyed my face. They are uneven, spotted, different shape, wrong colour. About attitude : the customer before was late, she didn't announced me " wait and don't rush me " was her answer. She apologised but with the attitude like it was my fault. So, seeing my result I told her and I was ignored .I was expecting at least to say "sorry" . I have had the worst experience in this place .

I had microblading done with Kati today, she is amazing at what she does, i felt very relaxed, she explained step by step and regular checked up on me that i was ok, i would recommend her to you if you need microblading done , look & beauty studio is the place to go, i was so happy with my result when i got home my family loved it , Thank you so much 10/10
