I wasn’t sure what to expect from a salon in Leytonstone but Svetlana was welcoming and explained everything step by step and answered my questions with good humour and patience.
She made me feel comfortable and I’m so pleased I booked her. Don’t let the other reviews put you off. Her English is fine and she tried to make herself clear ( I understood fine). She explained which parts could hurt and to let her know if that was the case.

Svetla is my beautician for the last 2 years and I am strongly recommending her not only because she is an amazing person but as well the best in her job ! She is always updating her services with the latest techniques and products, she is gentle and very careful. If you want quality at a fare price, Looking Gud is the place!!!
