Very disappointed. I explained very clearly the hairstyle I wanted, including multiple photos of what I want and don’t want. In addition, even the attempted haircut is very weird with some patches of layers and some non layered areas (I did not want layers in the first place). It is very difficult to style and does not look right. Makes my fine hair even thinner. I regret booking with them. I would not recommend!
