Hate leaving bad reviews but I don’t want anyone to make the same mistake I did. Used to come to this place all the time when it was Hair, Body, and Soul but was really disappointed with my experience this time. In fairness, the place looks lovely and was very clean but there was nothing special about the treatment, my hair wash was quite frankly painful with the lady digging her nails into my head, and the cut was uneven. Had to get a friend to recut it after parts had been missed - wouldn’t recommend unfortunately! :(
I literally DO NOT have a bad word to say about my experience with Sam, she was professional, friendly and really knows her stuff! I'm about to book for infills now! New regular customer here!!
I usually have a cut here and it's not the best, but not terrible. Sue cut my husbands hair here and we literally got home and had to fade it in ourselves.
