This place is just around the corner from my house so I thought I'd give it a try. While my manicure was done beautifully, the pedicure was sub-par. There are no pedicure chairs at the salon so the pedicure was less than luxurious and the chairs uncomfortable. For the high price of this salon (I know it is Knightsbridge but this is more expensive than a mani/pedi from a 5* hotel in the area that I normally go to) I would expect a spa chair with a massage and bath for your feed. The pedicure felt more hard work than relaxing.
The staff was incredibly nice, which is solely why I am giving two stars. The result of my manicure did not make me very happy unfortunately. It has a lot of uneven spots like little grains in it and not-so-clean edges. It might have been different with a different colour. They apologized for it and even redid the two worst nails. I really liked them personally, but for the price and after 2 hours I expected better quality.
