There are sadly only a few occasions in London when you are treated anything more than a stranger or passer by. The welcome I received from Loreta and her team was totally surprising, I felt myself and at ease right away. I realised - this generosity and warmth is nothing out of the ordinary in this salon, the welcomes and farewells to clients and one another kept me chuckling to myself the whole hour i spent with these lovely ladies. For anyone who needs more than just a 'pick me up' and wants to be appreciated as a person. I couldn't recommend paying Loreta and her team a visit. The place is such a magical find. Loreta has created a diamond with a stunning and calming interior and in a superb location but just off the busy and tourist path, it's a haven. I know i've found a place i will be coming back to again and again. My eyebrows and bikini line are now so immaculate and both myself and the beautician were smiling from ear to ear. I will be back in a month, promise :) Thank you Loreta and co!

What a find! Tucked away in a small street just 2 min from Harrods, this place is a gem. Loreta (the owner) met me personally and did my shellac nails. Very pleased with the overall service. Staff will treat you like a VIP, salon is spotless, even tools are sterilised and vacuum packed for each client. Booked again.
