Both staff were friendly and the therapist was really chatty and friendly which helped me forget the pain :-) I would definitely go back again as the wax was done really well and got rid of all the unwanted hairs.
Lovely place and lovely staff. The face massage itself was average, I don't think I would go back for this treatment but the overall experience was ok.
