Lorraine is class! I would give her 10 stars if I could. She is by far the best beauty therapist I have been to in that she knows exactly what she is doing, goes the extra mile to suit what you want done, explains everything clearly, keeps her equipment clean and has a way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed. I cannot recommend her enough A***
