Was my first time here as I’m new to the area. Had such a lovely experience at lossyma. I have had terrible waxing experiences in the past so I was very nervous and anxious but Arta was fantastic I didn’t even feel anything! She was professional and friendly and was honestly one of the best waxing experiences I’ve ever had.
