Lottie is incredibly knowledgable and very thorough. I’ve had the million dollar facial a couple of times and I’ll continue to do so monthly. I have acne prone skin and she’s helped me so much with my breakouts, scars and fine lines. I highly recommend from a person whose tried everything, this is treatment is very effective and great value!

It was just the patch test, which was fine. Lottie was lovely. Not sure why Treatwell charged me £1 for the test as in the description it said it was free
