Lottie is a sweetie! Very sweet and professional, first time having this treatment and was pleased, the back of my thighs did look much smoother when I got home but you do have to maintain a healthy diet in order for the results to last and would need further treatments for an effective result overall. Lottie was extremely thorough with what was expected, and she even gave me advice on hair extensions and eyelash extensions during the treatment. Would use Lipofirm with her again. Thank you x

Lottie is a magician! She is honestly the best lash technician I’ve been too. They always look amazing and they last for ages! She is so lovely also which is a massive plus. X
