I am extremely disappointed with the treatment. I’ve booked to treat two areas with lipofirm and Olivia suggested me to come back to treat my second area at another time as she wasn’t happy to do it at the time I’ve booked. When trying to book treatment for the second area Lottie said I can not do it. I have since asked Lottie to call me and resolve this and for two days I still haven’t been able to reach her. I am surprised and shocked of such terrible treatment of clients
