This was just what I needed after so long in lockdown. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and Bharti made sure I was comfortable throughout. The venue felt lovely and warm, in a cosy way, not a meltingly hot way. It was also very clean and tranquil. I would highly recommend the chair massage, and will definitely be going back again.

This was my first time paying for a massage—I had injured my upper back and am an actor who was about to be performing a show the week after my massage. Bharti was incredibly welcoming, and really did a great job working on my back (and the specific areas I was having the most pain/ tension in). I would highly recommend her and Lotus, and plan to go back sometime soon!!!

Hollywood wax done here and it wasn’t as painful as i was expecting it. Correct temperature of wax. Also had eyebrow & upperlip threading. Beatiful result, Bharti took her time doing everything. Will definitely come back.

Bharti was fantastic. Got the best gel mani & pedi. By far the better colour selection on the high Street. Love the Xmas vibe. Massage was brilliant too
