I was shocked at how unprofessional the therapist in this establishment is.
On the day of my scheduled waxing appointment, she texted me asking me if we could reschedule later on in the week, as she claimed she wasn't feeling well. I told her it's fine, as these things happen and she had at least given me a few hours' notice at least.
So a few days later, I showed up at the venue for my appointment at the time which she had suggested. Upon entering, I was greeted by her puzzled colleague, who told me that the waxing lady had already left "hours ago" and was not due to return until the next day. She checked the appointments and my name was not even in the system, so there was no record of it. Needless to say, I was fuming.
I contacted the therapist on her number right away to ask for an explanation but didn't hear back, so I texted to ask. After a while, I chased her again and she finally answered asking "Who is this? how can I help?"- acting as if she had never even seen any of my texts and not knowing who I was. When I pointed out that she hadn't shown up to our second appointment and asked how that could have happened, she actually mumbled: "I'm very sorry, I...I just forgot". How could she have simply "forgotten" about a client, after being the one to reschedule the meeting in the first place is beyond me!
Never in my life have I ever dealt with such an unprofessional therapist. After wasting my time, she didn't even have the cheek to offer any form of compensation to apologise for her behaviour. So I can't give an actual review about the treatment as I never received it, but it's probably for the best, as I don't get the feeling that this therapist is "professional" at all. Far from it. Clearly, my advice would be- Avoid!
Quickest brazillian in my life. It took like 15 mins total. Really pleasant lady, not too painful and looks good...no strays leftover.
