My first experience at Lotus was having a Hollywood wax and it was the best wax I've had in London - fast, efficient and pain free. Jag is extremely professional and very pleasant and I will definitely be returning to try a range of services. It is also fantastic value for money. I was very satisfied.

She is a wonderful therapist who immediately puts you at your ease. Her skills at waxing are commendable...pain free and completely smooth. Plus, her room was very warm and comfortable on a chilly, wet, miserable evening. Thank-you for a very pleasant treatment.

I'll keep it short and simple: Jag is a wonderful, attentive therapist and amazing masseuse. She really gave it 'extra umph' to remove all my knots and tensions, continually checking in with me about the pressure, but also letting me enjoy the peaceful silence. Highly recommended -I will go back!
