Just moved to the area, from London, and decided to come for an eyebrow touchup/reshape and nails. Unfortunately, far more hair was removed from my brows than I expected or wanted. I came in with naturally thick eyebrows that only needed tidying, but left with them significantly thinner than I have ever had them done.
Although the therapist was pleasant, I really wish the thickness had been rechecked with me before so much was removed. I’m extremely disappointed and upset with the result.
