Welcoming staff and atmosphere, Sarb was really nice and the wax was at a normal level of discomfort but the discomfort after the service was more intense as my skin was abit raw which I hadn’t experienced before. I will note that my skin is sensitive and hair is thicker (Afro type) I’m not sure if that would affect the outcome but my initial experience was nice. Could still recommend as everyone is different.

I think the place could be more hygienic. There’s one towel which I believe everyone uses the same. It would be best if she used disposable towels than can be thrown after seeing each customer
