Spent 1 hr 45 mins in this place for what was supposed to be a 45 min infill. There were only 2 staff working when i arrived and both were less than halfway through their treatments so it was 20-40 mins wait for me and another customer. Didn’t mind the staff not talking to us customers but they were talking amongst themselves non stop which made it a boring and dragged out experience. Then 2 more customers came in so they were working on 4 of us between the 2 of them. On top of that they ordered a takeaway so they were taking turns to go through to the kitchen and eat whilst everyone’s waiting with their nails half done. I have also never waited so long for my nails to actually dry - polish or shellac, I have never been told to not do anything with my hands because they aren’t fully dry - i probably sat at the spare table in the corner for about half an hour waiting and wasn’t sure if i was meant to keep waiting or if i was okay to leave already. Overall i’d say that the work itself wasn’t too bad, there was some nail polish on my finger they didn’t wipe off which was unprofessional but i can live with that.However I wouldn’t recommend this place at all unless you have a good few hours to spare and don’t mind the lack of communication with the staff. If you are minutes late to your appointment, the chances are they’ll take a walk in and you’ll have to sit and wait for about 40 mins.
This was my first experience at this salon and it was really great. Great value, lots of colours to choose from and friendly staff. I was really pleased to get a last minute appointment and I will definitely be back in the New Year.
Staff don’t speak to clients. Running very late no apologie. Gel lasted 24 hours before damage. Staff unhelpful when I tried to get a repair. Do not recommend.

Staff never spoke to clients unless they had to. Not very welcoming at all. Got my nails done in the am and by the evening they were starting to chip.
