Very good facial but I found the steam a bit too much personally although I know it’s good for me! Felt very moisturised after the treatment and the therapist was excellent.

I was happy with the overall end result, when I waked in no one was there and I ended up waiting a while until someone came to the reception, and they apologised they hadn’t heard me come in, it didn’t bother me too much. The wax itself was fine but afterwards I looked at wax pot/warmer after the end of the appointment and it looked really dirty and slightly green/brown around the top which is a shame as put me off going back, not something I’ve noticed at other salons.
