I love this beauty salon the girls are so warm and welcoming nothing is a problem and that new treatment that your offering is fantastic and Kate’s sister is the best I can’t wait till next week they talk you through every step and it’s lovely xxx

I had an awful experience during my massage treatment. The main issue was the quality of the massage - the masseuse could not have given less effort, she was on her phone for about 1/2 the massage. The speaker in the room kept playing loud static but she just left it going. I was taken back late, yet the massage ended right on time. I reached out privately to the salon to speak about my experience before leaving a negative review, but no one ever got back to me.
