The therapist was not warm and inviting, it felt like I was a burden on her. The room was freezing, asked for heating but the room was still cold. The massage did not feel like a deep tissue massage bare in mind I have had numerous massages here and abroad. The massage was more like a rub. The therapist left the massage a quarter of the way through to do something not quite sure what. Overall this has to be the worst massage I have ever had very disappointing.
