Went to get a head and neck massage (included upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, and scalp). Nice lady but the treatment was WAYYYYYY too rough - not gentle or relaxing at all. She was pretty much literally pulling my hair out at one point. And it felt like she was rushing through the whole thing bc her technique was so aggressive. She needed to slow down to say the least. Not going back. Sorry

This " LOTUS THAI SPA " is Superb,Mind Blowing & i am a Regular customer of this Spa & Whenever i visit this Spa i feel Very Very Relaxed & Energetic & Staff of this Spa is Very Professional,Experienced & Very Polite & Trust me they will give you Best Massage & They will make you feel you're in Thailand & i give 10 out of 10 👍
