This was my first time for an intimate wax, and I was nervous. Louise did a great job of putting me at ease, explained everything in a fair amount of detail and most importantly, she was very quick. I would highly recommend Louise to any men considering a wax treatment.

Louise was very friendly and welcoming and incredibly efficient! She had great colours to choose from and we chatted away. The paint work was a little haphazard though and I am not fully happy with my shellac application.

She was very chatty and did the treatment well. However she was persistent with pushing other treatments onto myself and complained that me and other customers did not book for a long enough appointment- you cannot choose a longer time so did not know what she expected. Shame as she did her job well but will go else where.
