The salon is calm and beautiful with natural light and the welcome Louise gave me put me right at ease which as a teenage is huge for me. She really listened to my concerns about my skin and was very thorough in not only the treatment she gave me, but went above and beyond in suggesting other things that could help as a complete lifestyle change to make me feel better about my life and how that would really help in my overall confidence about my current acne.I left feeling confident and inspired
