Chanel very friendly and professional. We discussed what was going to happen with my hair today and my next appointments. My hair coloured and cut to a high standard. I was very pleased with the out come of my hair. Chanel was very attentive and I could very easily trust her with my hair. I have no problem with her colouring and cutting my hair every time I go to salon, Chanel does a great job
