The only option I had was to rate everything 1 star. I didn't get my treatment and the salon claimed there's no way I could have made the appointment. But it was on their system and one of the other staff in the salon admitted they'd seen it earlier that day. Essentially after booking weeks in advance, confirming the appointment the day before as well as completing the required covid form there was nobody there to treat me.They said they would have somebody contact me to rebook but still nothing
I can not praise the staff enough I made an error and thought I had an appointment. The staff went all out to make sure I got my haircut. Amy was excellent and I am thrilled with the result. I am delighted to have the salon in my local area. Such a friendly welcoming place.
