Was wonderfully welcomed when I entered and although Louise was running late and very busy she came and chatted to me then another lovely girl came and washed my hair and was very chatty and good company. All the staff were friendly and everyone was chatting away. I loved that Louise was very confident at suggesting what to do with my hair,gave me some tips and at the end I even booked my next appointment as I was that pleased and it was great value for money.
