Had an amazing time in the salon, all of the staff members are so lovely and are very professional. My hair was very damaged and ginger (from using box dyes) and when I left, it was sleek, shiny and a beautiful ashy blonde :)
One of the worst haircuts I've had in a long time. Appt was 30 mins late - I was given a complementary conditioning treatment for this - but the haircut itself is awful, it's a lot shorter than I asked for, and then I had to ask for layers to be put in even though I'd asked originally.
