Louise is literally the most incredible therapist i have ever met just being in her company makes you feel at ease relaxed and reassured that she is going to take care of you. I went to Louise having very troubled skin and feeling quite low in my self esteem and not only did i leave with my skin looking the best it has done in months! I felt relaxed and confident and literally cannot wait until my next appointment. She is the BEST!!

This was my first wax and I was very nervous but Louise made sure I felt at ease. I would highly recommend Louise and will definitely be going back to her in future!!

Once again, a fantastic experience with Louise. Such a refreshing change to visit a beauty therapist who is welcoming and interested in getting to know you.
My last eyelash tint was the longest lasting I've ever had, so I came back for more.
My manicure is now nearly a week old and still perfect in every way.
I'm about to move to the other side of Surrey but will be making special trips to have treatments with Louise.

This was a really pleasant experience - the salon is clean and fresh and beautifully decorated. Louise herself is charming, friendly and very experienced - a real professional. I had an eyelash tint and the results are excellent. So glad to have discovered Louise and will be returning very soon.
