First time using this place and what a great experience. Louise was very friendly, professional yet personable. We had a good old natter through my waxing which took my mind off any pain I thought I may have and made the treatment quick and virtually painless. Overall a lovely venue and even nicer therapist/owner - very pleased with the results of the wax and service. Thank you Louise :-)

Such a warm approachable welcome. I was greeted with a smile and was made to feel relaxed straight away. The therapist was interested in what I had to say. The treatment was thorough and it was evident that she was very experienced. Booking my husband in as a Valentine's gift.

I now live nearly an hourlong drive from Louise’s salon but happily make the trip for the fabulous welcome, lovely decor and atmosphere, and the superb service. My eyelash tint always lasts many weeks.

A lovely and relaxing experience especially since it was my first ever type of professional facial. She was so sweet, friendly and helpful with my skin and I’ll definitely be going back for the same treatment and maybe even some others!
