I love the ambience and luxury that this salon offers. I have also hired it out for birthday parties and hen do's and everyone always comments on how relaxed they feel afterwards. It really is a treat going to Louise James Health and Beauty but the prices are so good that it doesn't break the bank or leave you feeling guilty for spending the money. I go every 2-3 weeks and look forward to having a little respite amongst all the other craziness in my life. Although I live almost an hour away, I am willing to travel because I know I won't get the level of service, professionalism and expertise in my treatments anywhere else. I thoroughly recommend this salon to anyone.

Lovely girls at the salon, very polite and friendly! Waxing was quet good not very painful but after!!!!! Oh my God!!!! I had burning sensation for a two days, bruised and a lot "left over" ! I do waxing every month but I never had such a painful result .
