I've been going to this salon for about 4 or 5 years now and I wouldn't want to change. Charlotte is a very skilled practitioner and she is also very responsive socially - if you feel like a chat she is good company but also if you don't have the energy to talk she doesn't make you feel awkward. That's just as important to me as the quality of the work. This small salon is very clean, well kept and relaxed with a modern and well thought out design.
