Friendly welcome, made to feel at home. Impressed with guidance and information given. It took quite a lot longer than I have experienced elsewhere but it gave my stylist a bit of a challenge which she coped with very well. Refreshments were excellent- what luxury! Normally when I have had a perm the cutting is always included and although I was aware of this, the total outlay was a bit on the high side but I am very pleased with the result. I would however certainly recommend Louise Woods to my friends.

Yet again great service and a great result. All staff welcoming and skilled in what they do. Nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommmend.
