She did apologize for being late and she went over what I wanted, I came just for a trim as I am growing it but the end were quite bad, she recommended how much I should have off, I also wanted my fringe doing but she commented she hates doing fringes so when we came to it I said to leave it! The cut was great and she curled it nicely for me. All in all I would go back because its reasonable price for a trim in London but if you want all the classic bells and whistles I would look somewhere else.
