I'm very happy with my haircut & the staff are lovely. I suffer with Anxiety & I usually find getting my haircut a very uncomfortable experience, but here the staff are so easy to talk to & I actually enjoy being there. I will definitely be returning, thank you so much!!
I went to this salon after a disastrous visit to another which left me embarrassed by my haircut.
The salon was well presented very clean and in an easy to find location
I had a lovely lady who was honest with me what needed to be done to repair the style the best it could be and what had been done to cause it. I left the salon happier than I imagined I could be and will be returning in future.

I really wanted this to be a positive review as this salon is absolutely lovely. Beautiful decor and very clean. Staff were also friendly. Shampoo was great and I had a consultation which I provided a photograph of how my hair is blow dried. As somebody who has weekly blow dries and my existing hairdresser being on mat leave I decided to try another local salon.
The stylist started to blow my hair which I provided a picture of how my hair usually is and explained I like body. The lady kept saying so you want big big hair to which I explained I didn’t want it massive just with body. I could tell early on she was struggling as she was literally just drying my hair and she then out the straightest on it, I don’t straighten my hair and I expect a senior stylist in a salon to be able to achieve the desired look without using straighteners.
I wasn’t happy with the end result but after commenting all the way through and even telling her that it just looked like I’d put the straighteners on it I felt that what I was saying was falling on deaf ears so I left.
My hair actually looked better when I arrived with a week old blow dry and full of dry shampoo.
By 8pm Saturday evening my hair was all kinked out and frizzing up which has never happened to me before and I was glad I hadn’t been on a night out!
I would have achieved a better look had I just stayed at home and washed and dried it myself. Again a lovely salon and I’m sure with the right stylist I’d have been leaving a very different review it just seems the stylist just didn’t have the skill set to blow dry my hair how I asked
