My patch test was by Aggela who was cold, judgemental and very hostile. Left feeling awful and self conscious. Tried to cancel but was too close to appt. LUCKILY I had Lilly for the appt who was kind, talented, and saved the day! won't go back though

Ahmed was very lovely, however he didn’t listen to my instructions in the beginning when I told him what length I wanted. I had to repeatedly mention it and he still didn’t cut it as short as I wanted until I asked at the end. He quickly made up for it then however because of his sped up job at the end, when I got home I realised my hair was completely assymetrical and choppy. He was very kind throughout the haircut however I’m not happy with the result.
