I’ve been to this salon before for a cut and finish and had a really good experience, which is why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, this time I was very disappointed. The customer service was poor and I wasn’t happy with the quality of the work either. Overall, the experience was completely different from my previous visit and I left very unhappy.
